Brian Webster, president and CEO of Kirkland-based Kestra Medical Technologies Ltd., starts his company-wide call with team members each Monday by sharing how many lives Kestra’s technology saved the week before.

Since Kestra’s wearable cardioverter defibrillator, called the Assure system, became available in 2021 for people at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, that number exceeds 300 people saved by lifesaving shocks — and the company is now focused on widely marketing its product, including sharing with doctors what Webster called compelling results from a large four-year study of patients who wore the device.
